- How far in advance do I need to make a reservation? You are invited to make a reservation with at least 24 hrs notice. Use our book your table link to do so. For more then 12 people or for having private dinning room the reservation must be made as soon as possible. A safety deposit may be required at the time of booking for groups.
- What is the dress code at La Crémaillère? First and foremost we want you to be comfortable during dinner. Dressy casual is the norm. Ties are not required for men, but certainly are not out of place.
- How do you accommodate special dietary needs? Since we will do everything in our power to better serve you, let us know of any allergies or dietary concerns when you make your reservation. With advance notice, the chefs can prepare substitutions to satisfy most dietary needs. Please keep in mind that we cook only with in-season fresh food.
- What is your cancellation policy? As soon as we send you the confirmation, you are guaranteed a table on the night of your reservation. On certain special occasion (New years eve, St-Valentine’s day) we may take a valid credit card number for a deposit. The balance will be charged the night of the event. 48 hours prior to your dinner date, your reservation is firm. All cancellations on or after this date, will forfeit the deposit.
- Do you offer gift certificates? Yes. Gift Certificates are very popular at our Quebec City Restaurant it may be purchased either by phone or at our gift certificate website link.
- I'm a single diner. Can you seat me? Absolutely! P.S. A little difficult during the big holiday dates ( Mother’s day, Father’s day, Christmas eve, New Year’s eve and Valentine’s day)
- What is the average price of a meal? Our average price for one person including a glass of wine is about : 50$ CAN
- Are children welcome in your restaurant? Yes, well behave children are welcome, but for your own comfort come early evening. Please let the restaurant know that you are bringing children with you.
- Do you allow smoking and use of mobile phones in the restaurant? All areas are non-smoking. Use of mobile phones is not restricted but we ask that you set it on the vibration mode instead of musical rings.
- Is their parking facilities close by? Free valet parking on an underground-secured parking is available in front of the restaurant La Crémaillère at night. For lunch hour, we must request a 3.50$ parking fees for the city.
- How many people can I bring to a surprise birthday party? We offer seating facilities from 2 to 70 guests.
- What types of credit cards are accepted at your restaurant? We accept Visa- Master Card – AMX – Sorry we do not accept cheques.
